3. Account Registration and Management

3.1 Registration Process

To use amel4d services, you must create an account by providing accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and Indonesian residential address. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) account. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual will be closed, and any funds or winnings may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

amel4d operates under strict Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit the following documents to verify your identity:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP or passport)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 3 months)

Withdrawals cannot be processed until your account is fully verified. Verification typically takes 1-24 hours but may take longer if additional documentation is required.

3.3 Account Security

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

amel4d accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, and ShopeePay. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit, but transactions may be subject to review for security purposes. All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account immediately. amel4d does not charge deposit fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be made once your account is fully verified. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Standard withdrawal processing time is 6-24 hours for verified accounts. You may be required to wager your deposit amount at least once (1x rollover) before withdrawals are permitted, as part of our AML compliance procedures.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on amel4d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). If you attempt to deposit from a foreign currency account, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees which are beyond amel4d's control.

4.4 Payment Method Verification

For security reasons, you may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

amel4d offers various bonuses and promotions to Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions which are outlined at the time of the promotion. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with all applicable bonus terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses are subject to wagering (rollover) requirements before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements typically range from 8x to 15x the bonus amount. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with 10x wagering requires Rp 1.000.000 in total bets before withdrawal. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

amel4d reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void bets, and confiscate funds if we determine that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. 5.4 Maximum Bet Rules

While an active bonus is in play, the maximum bet per spin or hand is typically limited to Rp 50.000 or 10% of the bonus amount, whichever is lower. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture and voiding of associated winnings.

6. Betting Rules and Game Integrity

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. Pre-match and live (in-play) betting are available on a wide range of events. Bets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, bets may be voided and stakes returned, depending on the specific sport's rules. For football betting, if a match is abandoned before 90 minutes of play (excluding injury time), all bets except those already determined will be void.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games including slots, live dealer games, and table games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) or live equipment that is regularly audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance and cannot be influenced by amel4d or any Player. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent theoretical long-term payout rates.

6.3 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

amel4d reserves the right to refuse or limit bets at our sole discretion. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your betting history, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, amel4d may void bets in cases of obvious errors including incorrect odds, duplicate bets caused by system malfunction, or bets placed after an event has already concluded.

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or software defect, all affected bets and payouts will be void. amel4d is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service interruptions.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
